FAQs
1. Do you deliver? Yes we deliver for $5 within a 10km radius. If your delivery is out of town, please let us know how far and we can see if we can accomodate with an extra travel fee.
2. Do you cater for weddings and other events such as hens, birthday parties etc? Yes, we cater to all events!! For any events catering for over 30-40 people, please enquire within as we charge per head for these larger events.
3. Do you cater for dietary requirements? Yes 100%! We’ve got you if you or anyone has a specific dietary requirement. Just let us know and we’ll be sure to look after you! Sometimes we may charge an extra fee for gluten, vegan and DF products.
4. How do I pay? We accept bank transfer. Please note that your order isn’t confirmed until we receive payment. We can also send an invoice for payment if required.
5. What happens if I need to cancel? We completely understand that things happen but we will require at least 3 days notice for a cancellation of a takeaway box and 5 days notice for a grazing board set up. Unfortunately if you cancel out of these times, we cannot offer a refund as the stock has been purchased as we make each box/board fresh!
6. When should I consume the product? All food provided must be consumed within 3 hours after the grazing table or board has been set up. If we have delivered you a box, you should also consume this within 3 hours, otherwise please refrigerate until you are ready to eat. We recommend only keeping the boxes in the fridge for a maximum of 4 hours just so it’s still yummy and fresh!
7. How do I return the boards to you after a grazing table or set up? We ask that we collect all our items either the next morning or 2-3 days after the set up. We generally ask that after the food is consumed that all food is wiped off the boards and that they are quickly wiped down with water and paper towel only.
8. Do you accept last minute orders? We ask for 3 days notice for an order but by all means, please call or contact us on social media and we can see if we can squeeze you in.
9. What towns do you operate in? Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo, Millthorpe, Blayney & Molong. We also operate on the East Coast of Tasmania. Saskia runs the Central West in NSW whereas KJ runs the East Coast in Tassie!
